Ben Favrholdt resigns as president of WAMM


Effective December 31, 2002, I will be leaving my post as president of WAMM. It has been an interesting journey and WAMM has been good to us, with excellent attendance at our fly-ins. I think of special interest has been the many new friends and Mite owners we became acquainted with from other parts of the country. The Mite Site was instrumental in bringing us together.
 

As you know, January is our month for fund raising to support the Mite Site. Judging from the daily number of hits, it is apparent that many of you make a visit to the site part of your daily routine. It is important that Dave can continue to keep the Mite Site going, without having to dig into his own pockets to cover the monthly expenses.

So we ask for your support. Our recommended dosage is ten dollars per year, which comes to about 3 cents a day. A cheap price to pay for your daily "fix".

Of course, all contributions are to be considered strictly optional. We have no membership dues. Whether or not you participate in this fund raising drive, if you have an interest in the Mite activities on the site or at our fly-ins, you will always be welcome to join our group.
