N4117 was sold from the estate of Ray Proffitt only a couple of months ago - not long enough for me to learn the name of the new owner. And now you say it's for sale again....

I don't want to lose track of it. Can you send me the URL of the ad on eBay. I did a search on Mooney, Mite and 4117, but don't see it.
